Refund & Cancellation Policy

ohyap is built so you never have to pay to find out whether it works for you:

• Free plan, free forever. Every account starts on the Free plan — every core feature with monthly usage limits, no credit card required.
• 14-day free trial on paid plans. Starter and Pro come with a 14-day free trial. A card is required at trial start; you are not charged during the 14 days, and you can cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid the charge on day 15.

You can cancel a paid plan at any time — no notice period, no cancellation fee, no questions asked:

• From your dashboard: go to Billing and cancel your plan there, or
• From the payment provider's customer portal: use the manage-subscription link on your payment receipt or invoice email, or
• By email: write to hi@ohyap.comfrom your account email and we'll cancel it for you within 2 business days.

What happens when you cancel:your plan stays fully active until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you will not be charged again. After that, your account simply moves to the Free plan — your data, products, and settings stay in place.

Cancelling a free trial before the charge:cancel from your dashboard Billing page (or the payment provider's customer portal linked on your receipt) at any time before day 15. If you cancel during the trial you are not charged, and your account moves to the Free plan when the trial ends.

Deleting your account entirely is separate from cancelling a plan: you can do it any time from Settings → Danger zone in your dashboard. See our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data when you delete your account.

If you subscribe to a paid plan and change your mind, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first paymentfor that plan — no questions asked. Contact us within 7 days of the charge and we'll refund it in full.

Paid plans renew automatically each month until cancelled. Renewal charges are generally not refundable once a new billing period has started, because you keep full access for that period. If you believe a renewal was charged in error (for example, you cancelled before the renewal date but were still billed), contact us and we'll make it right.

• Email hi@ohyap.com from the email address on your ohyap account.
• Include the word “refund” and, if you have it, your payment receipt or invoice number.
• We reply to every refund request within 2 business days.

Payments for ohyap may be processed by a third-party payment provider acting as the merchant of record. Approved refunds are issued through the same provider, back to your original payment method. Refunds normally arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law. Where the law of your country gives you a longer or broader right to a refund or cancellation, that law applies.
